This letter from Major S.G. Burrard to the Government Astronomer mentioning that Lenox Conyngham is dissatisfied with his Zenith Telescope results and with determinations of the Micrometer value, so he asked for sparing Dehra Zenith sector till next September.

The letter was a request for sending copies of all printed forms, instructions, and full particulars of the photographic process in connection with the 8-inch solar photographs done by the Superintendent of Trigonometrical Survey.
