This is a Letter from H. L. Nicholson executive Engineer Madura to The Director of Kodaikanal Observatory on municipal water and drainage tax on Kodaikanal Observatory building. It is a reply stating that no documents are available stating how a single assessment was fixed on all observatory buildings at Kodaikanal. It also states that in reference to the executive engineer madura division there is no documentation or certification about the above stated issue for the past 7 years.
