Daichi Sugimoto received the M.S. degree in physics from Tokai University, Kanagawa, Japan, in 1997, and the Ph.D. degree from the Physics Department, Tokai University, in 2000.,He is currently working on chemical oxygen iodine laser research at Miki Pulley Company, Ltd., Kawasaki, Japan.,Dr. Sugimoto is a member of the Laser Society of Japan.
