Director of Kodaikanal and Madras Observatories to John Eliot, the Meteorological Reporter to the Government of India and Director General of Indian Observatories, Simla, in 1903. The letter inquires about sending a personal copy of the administration report to M. Compte de la Baume Pluvinel, who was one of the distinguished astronomical spectroscopists.
