This letter was forwarded to the Director, Kodaikanal and Madars Observatories, for favour of remarks as to his agreement with the extract from U.O. to Government of India, Meteorological department dated 11th November 1911.

This letter was written to the Director of Public Instruction, Poona, addressed to the Director of Kodaikanal Observatory. The Director General of Observatories mentioned that there is no need for staff to transfer instruments. After settling all instruments, the Director will ask for further assistance if needed.

And the partial allotment of funds at the request of the Director General of Observatories.
