The map depicts the Eastern division of Paris, mainly consisting of the quarters. The map was drawn by W.B. Clarke Arch and engraved by R.R. Davies. At the bottom of the map are the miniature drawings of the monuments in Paris. Baldwin & Cradock 47 Paternoster publishes the Maps under the Superintendence of the Society for the Diffusion of Useful Knowledge.
