This letter to the superintending engineer about the Government approval for the construction of free quarters

This letter to the Superintending Engineer from the Director mentioning the return of the estimates for the painting the two domes of main building countersigned and also he noted that He had substituted "Lead white paint" instead of "Zinc white paint". He also mentioned about returning the estimate for painting of the spectroheliograph roof unsigned as that is unnecessary and only painting of sliding roof only of the spectroheliograph building may be taken up.

This letter was forwarded to Thomas Royds and A. Hilger for arrangements for parcels by John Evershed to the Poona Observatory. It was mentioned that this bill of cost payment should be delivered before the end of the first financial year.

This letter to T Royds forwarding the Annual indent for forms and supplies for the Kodaiknaal Observatory for the year 1914

The document was sent from the Director General of Observatories to Thomas Royds in 1913. The Director General of Observatories inquired about the order of the new screw for the Ponna micrometer in response to John Evershed's letter dated 18th August 1913.
