              The letter is from Kunwar Maharaj Singh, Deputy Secretary to the Government of India, to All local governments and administrations regarding a complaint received by the High Commissioner for India from one of the agents for sales of Indian Official Publications in the UK that the client cancelled their order as it was so late. So, to prevent such complaints, he requested to take steps to make sure transmission is done at the earliest to the High Commissioner.
