This is a tentative list of subject for papers and discussion there on at the Pan-Pacific Science Congress, Australia, August, 1923

The notice was published by V. Srinivasa Ayyar, Deputy Tahsildar, Kodaikanal inviting officers in the observatory office to attend the "GENERAL PEACE CELEBRATIONS" a DARBAR for making known "THE TERMS OF PEACE TREATY" signed by Germany will be held by the Deputy Tahsildar at the JAMABUNDY HALL in the taluq Cutcherry compound at 10 A.M. on 19-7-1919.

This letter was about the two meetings of the committee on which Lockyer brought up the matter.

This item shows that C. M. Smith has just received from Turner an interesting letter about Lockyer, saying that there would be a counter proposal after the solar conference of September 25th 30th at Oxford. Asking Smith to contribute on solar and magnetic activity for the annual summary for the civil year 1904 as like he did for the previous year.

This letter was about the application from Schuster on behalf of the Solar Union for copies of photographs that have been put on the Spectroheliograph Committee.

This item is about the speech delivered at the IAU general assembly. Bappu spoke on various aspects of astronomy and the fraternity of astronomers. He greeted the astronomical fraternity for their contributions to the field of astronomy.

The letter is from John Evershed, Ag. Director Kodaikanal & Madras Observatories to The General Superintendent, Public Works Workshops, returning the blueprint of gearing for moving the spectroheliograph roof with measurements. He also encloses a sketch drawn to the scale of the wall, rail, and girder. And mention that the rack bar should be 18 feet long.

The item is a group photo of the staff of the Kodaikanal Observatory on the occasion of Mr.Krishnaswami Pillai's retirement during Dr. Anil Kumar Das's directorship.

The item has two photographs captured during the Directors' conference at Kodaikanal held on 1st January 1953. The first is showing the directors who participated in the conference. The second photo shows the directors and observatory staff.
