              This letter was sent to the Astronomer Royal, Royal Observatory, Greenwich, from John Evershed about discontinuing the use of the old photoheliograph. Because this Photoheliograph was giving reverse images. And also it is mentioned that no photographs would not be obtained at Kodaikanal from July 1, 1915 until further notice comes.

              This letter was sent to the Controller of India Treasuries, Calcutta, from the Director of Kodaikanal and Madras Observatories owing to the confusion of the "Special charges" for examination of the condition in Kashmir for solar work. And also he attached a detailed list of information and necessary corrections in the body of the previous bills.
