Letter to the Government Astronomer, Madras informing that there is no objections to the Meteorological department

This letter was sent to the government astronomer from Major General C. Strahan, enclosing a copy from the Officiating Superintendent trigonometrical surveys asking about the redetermined places of certain circumpolar stars. Several of them have given very unsatisfactory results.
