The fond contain correspondence regarding the proposal to build a General Hospital on the Spur Tank and 'Air blast' in the mines of Mysore.

The letter is from W.B. Gorbon to different departments regarding the revision of the charge on account of upkeep of electrical installations, stating that with effect from 1st April 1912, the charge for repairs shall be assessed at the rate of 5 percent per annum on the capital cost of installations.
