Robertson, Esquire, I.C.S., Secretary to Government to the Secretary to the Government of India, Department of Revenue and Agriculture, requesting the opinion of the Government of Bombay as to whether the Maharaja Takhtsingji Observatory at Poona should not be abolished on the retirement of Professor Naegamvala and as to whether the instruments etc. might not be removed to the observatory at Kodaikanal.
