This letter requests for the return of the plans prepared for the work which was countersigned before as it is delaying the preparation of estimates.

It states that Rs.120 per annum assessed on the observatory building is less than the assessed amount in the usual percentage on the capital cost of the buildings and it also addresses the issue of separating the part inside from the part outside the municipality.
