This fond was about pendulum clock used at the Madras Observatory manufactured sometimes in 1786. The clock is now in Kodaikanal Solar Observatory and still in working condition.

This fond contains the annual report for the year 1792. It includes the observatory's brief genesis, figures and the observations taken during the same period.
