The album contains photos of the visit to sites and dinner hosted by the former director R. Cowsik for Mr Girish Chandra Saxena, the seventh Governor of Jammu and Kashmir at Leh. In addition, photos of natives of Ladakh, a welcome meeting for the Governor, and photos of IIA delegates with the Governor are preserved in this album. The event occurred in October 1997.
