Part of Correspondence regarding the water pump and pump house in Kodaikanal during 1919-1920
The letter is from M. R. Ry. P. V. Chari Avergal, offg. Electrical Engineer to the Government of Madras to the Assistant Director, Kodaikanal Observatory, forwarding an estimate of Rs.340 for extending the pump house and requesting him to countersign it and the estimate of Rs.1075 for a suitable water pump and forward them to the Government for Administrative approval.
