This letter to the Superintending Engineer from the Director mentioning the return of the estimates for the painting the two domes of main building countersigned and also he noted that He had substituted "Lead white paint" instead of "Zinc white paint". He also mentioned about returning the estimate for painting of the spectroheliograph roof unsigned as that is unnecessary and only painting of sliding roof only of the spectroheliograph building may be taken up.
