The map shows the city Bordeaux and it was published by Baldwin & Cradock 47 Paternoster under the supervision of the Society for the Diffusion of Useful Knowledge. Two further images underneath it depict the Bordeaux skyline as seen from the Quai des Chartons. W.B. Clarke Arch drew the map, and J. Henshall engraved it.
