This letter corresponds to a bill payment for Re.1-10-0 regarding the cost of the supply arrangements to Maharaja Takhatsingji Observatory through a telegram to the Director of the Poona Observatory from The Madras Observatory. So the Governor in Council has authorized the Accountant-General, Bombay, to arrange for its settlement in direct communication with the Accountant-General, Madras.
